Plenty of customers buy their own flooring — from a retailer, online or a trade supplier — and just need a skilled, reliable fitter to install it properly. That’s exactly what our fit-only service is for. You provide the flooring; Ben provides 23 years’ experience and a flawless finish.
We’ll advise on quantities and underlay before you buy if you like, then fit it to the same high standard as our supply-and-fit work — correct subfloor prep, tidy edges, neat thresholds and the old flooring taken away.

Do you guarantee fit-only work?
Yes — our fitting carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. We can’t guarantee the product itself when it’s supplied by others.
Do you remove the old flooring too?
Yes — uplift and disposal of old flooring can be included; just let us know when you book.
